- What kinds of furniture do you rent?
- All furniture are clean and undamaged.
- What is the term for rent?
- 1 month is minimum. Rent could be changed by the term of lease. Price on the website is based on 1 year lease.
- What is the payment term?
- You can pay in a lump sum or with 6 months deposit and pay every month.
- How long does it take for delivery?
- It takes about 7 days to 14 days at most because of natural disaster or out of stock.
- How much is the delivery charge?
- It depends on the rent fee. If it's more than 300,000KRW, there is no extra delivery charge in Seoul area.
- Do you have any show room?
- We have two show rooms. Other items could be provied by pictures.
- Can I change rental items after starting the lease?
- If that's because your mind is changed, you can choose others but you will pay extra charge.
- What if the item is damaged? Do you repair for it?
- We provide all repairs with English service. If it's damaged while you using it, you will be claimed compensation.
- How long does it take to move out the furniture?
- If you let us know before you leave, we will arrange the schedule for you. You don't have to pay for pick up. If you cancel in the middle for a contract the rent fee is not refundable. And inspection will be required before returning all furniture.
- Can I extend the contract?
- It's always possible if you contact us before the contract is expired.
- Is tax included?
- 10% tax is excluded from rental fee.
